Restaurant: Family owned by Peterson, Augustina and Immanuel Clement.
Immanuel is the manager and the chef, having travelled to Miami
where he took a course in cooking. Immanuel's brother and cousin
also help out at the restaurant.. The setting is perfect - a pretty garden shaded by palms right on the
beach. All tables are set privately each under a thatch roof.
            They serve fresh
seafood from the local fishing fleet, with chicken for those who don't like
            fish, lobster or lambie.
